Initially we where searching few acres of land to purchase. There where few sights in Trichy and Kanchipuram, as we where looking for loan, there where no loans as such for purchasing land for agricultural use. But banks are ready to offer loans to buy home for the same price in the name of Home Loans, is't it sounds funny for an agricultural based country??
As nothing worked out, we decided to start from our uncle's land as this (June-July) is a monsoonal start, we started our first plough.The land was so rigid as it was not cultivated for years... As you see in the video, the land is covered with thick layer of grass and its hard for the cultivator (Tractor accessory for plowing) teeth to go deep into the land. Finally with two plows in the same day we managed to unland the grass for five acres:) That's a good start...
